Tyler Dilbarian, RN, BSN
President & CEO
Tyler is a registered nurse and the founder of Adaptive Homecare. He was inspired to develop a home-based nursing agency after providing end-of-life care to several of his own family members. Through these experiences, Tyler observed a need for high-quality, personalized, and responsive nursing care to support both individuals and families who are coping with illness, injuries, and aging-related health concerns. Tyler founded Adaptive Homecare to fulfill this need, and he currently serves as the President and CEO.
Tyler received his Bachelor's degree in Nursing & Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Boston. After graduating, he worked as an RN at McLean Hospital for 8 years. He has advanced training and expertise in neurotherapeutics. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys frequenting the beach and gym.
Roger Dilbarian
CFO & Treasurer
Roger received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Syracuse University and his Masters Degree in Finance from Bentley University. He has held multiple positions in Corporate Treasury operations, various financial consulting organizations and was most recently a Senior Business Analyst for a very large multinational corporation.
Haig Haroutunian, PT, DPT, CSCS
Director of Physical Therapy
Haig is Director of Therapy for Adaptive Homecare and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. He has extensive experience in a variety of settings including Geriatrics, Homecare, Outpatient Orthopedics and Acute Rehab. In 2020, Haig traveled to Armenia, providing treatment to wounded soldiers and mentorship to Rehab professionals; teaching various manual therapy and exercise methods to assist in the recovery from acute traumatic injuries. Haig is passionate in helping people overcome adversity to achieve their full potential. In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors and active.
Emma Regan MSN FNP-C, CWON
Nurse Manager
Emma is a masters prepared registered nurse and nurse manager for Adaptive Homecare. She is also wound and ostomy care certified. She received her Bachelors degree in Nursing & Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Boston. After graduating, she worked at Spaulding in Cambridge on their transplant unit. From there she went on to specialize in wound and ostomy care, working as one of their WOCNs. After Spaulding, Emma managed the inpatient wound care department at Tufts Medical Center for several years. In her free time, she is mostly occupied by her very active two year old son.
Kalli Fabrikarakis, MSN, RN
Nurse Manager
Born and raised in Cambridge Massachusetts, Kalli received both her Bachelor of Science as well as Master of Science degrees from Regis College. While completing her masters studies in Health Administration and Nursing Leadership, Kalli worked closely with the chief of nursing director at Faulkner hospital on their journey towards magnet designation. From this, grew her passion for excellence in healthcare through prioritization of nursing strategic goals to help improve patient outcomes. Kalli began her nursing career at Faulkner Hospital on a Medical Surgical unit while also gaining experience as a homecare professional. In 2021, Kalli decided to transition her career as a registered nurse from the hospital setting to a Nurse Manager role with Adaptive Homecare. Through this role she strives to not only provide the highest level of skilled care to their patients and families, but reliability and consistency that they can depend on. Outside of her career, Kalli enjoys balancing life as a new mother while also traveling to experience new places around the globe.
Erika Dilbarian, BSN, RN, CWCN, COCN
Director of Compliance
Erika Dilbarian is a Nurse Supervisor and Director of Compliance for Adaptive Homecare LLC, maintaining daily interaction with patients and their families. Erika graduated from the University of Dartmouth Massachusetts in 2016, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She began her nursing career in a long-term acute care Spinal Cord Injury Unit at Spaulding Hospital Cambridge. It was there that she discovered her interest in wound and ostomy care and went on to obtain her certification in both fields. Erika became part of the leadership team at Spaulding Hospital Cambridge where she provided care to patients with various wound types, ostomies, and fistulas. She also provided education to nurses on wound and ostomy care and developed an online training program for the hospital that is still in use. Erika strives to provide holistic nursing care for all of her patients with the goal of improving their quality of life.
Kate O'Rourke, BSN, RN
Senior Nurse Supervisor
Kate is a nurse supervisor for Adaptive Homecare LLC. Kate graduated from Curry College in 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career at a long term care facility and rehab center. It was there where she learned her love for the geriatric population. Kate then began her career at Faulkner Hospital on a medical- surgical floor. There she provided care to patients with various illnesses, surgeries and conditions. Kate was the floor representative on the Practice Committee, and was often charge nurse. In Kate’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Charlie.
Tess Woodward, BSN, RN
Senior Staff Nurse
Tess is a registered nurse working with Adaptive Homecare LLC as a senior staff nurse. Tess graduated from Simmons College in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She began her nursing career on the long-term acute care Cardiopulmonary Unit at Spaulding Hospital Cambridge. After Spaulding, Tess worked on the Cardiac Surgical Stepdown Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her experience in both long term and acute care has deepened her commitment to know her patients and family members well to provide quality patient-centered care. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to new places, and playing with her very active dog, Murphy.
Victoria McGovern,MSN, RN, CNL, CEN
Senior Staff Nurse
After earning her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences: Medical and Veterinary Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, she went on to earn an accelerated Masters Degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership also from UNH.
Since graduating in 2022, Victoria has worked at Melrose Wakefield Hospital in the Emergency Department. Although she loves her role as an ED RN, she missed the close relationships with patients that she had in her many years as a certified nurse aide, and decided to join the Adaptive team to do just that.
When not at one of her jobs, Victoria can be found reading her kindle or planning her next trip to Disney World.
Alison O'Neil, BSN, RN
Senior Staff Nurse
Alison is a senior staff nurse with Adaptive Homecare. She has worked for Adaptive since 2022. She also has experience at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as a medical-surgical nurse and at McLean Hospital inpatient psychiatric care.
What she enjoys most is providing personalized and compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. She is currently pursuing her MSN in Nursing Leadership, working alongside nursing leaders at MGH. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes and advancing the nursing profession.
When she’s not busy working, Alison enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
Nicole Costa, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Nicole is a Massachusetts native who grew up in the North Shore. She attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst for undergrad where she received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. While completing her undergraduate studies, she participated as a board member for the university Kinesiology Club, where she helped fellow class mates further their involvement in Community Health and in the major.
After she graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014, Nicole began her journey to becoming a Doctor of Occupational Therapy at MGH Institute of Health Professions. While in graduate school, Nicole was part of the first entry level doctoral program in Boston, and the first occupational therapy class at MGH Institute of Health Professions in the Charlestown Navy Yard.
During her doctoral project in graduate school, Nicole spent almost four months in San Francisco, CA in the Tenderloin District where she worked with homeless and low income populations. Here she worked closely with the San Francisco City Impact free health clinic, helping those in need of proper healthcare. Nicole earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in May of 2017, and has been a practicing occupational therapist at a local VNA for over 4 years now. She has joined the Adaptive team as a per diem therapist.
