The 5 member nursing and physiotherapy team working with my sister act as true team to manage a highly complex situation. Contracted on a daily basis, no one simply comes comes in and leaves. They are in continual communication with each other, as a hospital team of nurses would be. Tyler the owner is quick to update them on the frequent change of plans, and the team has offered invaluable suggestions and insights.
